Hi,

I have trouble starting my ONYX2.
When I turn the switch in the back, I get the message "PS OT FL".
I can hear the relais in the power switch, but from there it stops

(It is not too hot in the room)


Does anyone has an idea how to fix this porblem?

Most likely the PSU has failed and needs to be replaced. That being said, you should try pulling the PSU out and reseating it. Make sure the power key is turned to OFF so that when you flip the breaker in the back the machine doesn't try to automatically boot. Let it sit for a minute or two and then attempt to turn it on via the control key.

I was able to resurrect the PSU that came with my rescued Onyx2 but only for a little while. I eventually had to swap it out for a replacement. With any luck you may just need to reseat the PSU and the issue may clear up.
