So yes, the 5200 300Mhz won't do 640x480 very well, it will happily do a few seconds then struggle. Disable sound and it manages fine. 320x240 or just about anything 240p is fine and dandy...

No problems with a 300Mhz R12k though, there is even some overhead left.
