Do you have access to a powder-type 3D printer?

I really wouldn’t recommend using a filament type for this kind of job, especially if you want it to have a good finish.

Thank you! Smile

Sadly, all I have is the FDM printer and a small resin one. My parts will be in PLA for now, which is good enough for me for prototyping. I may want to see about getting ABS filament for the final panel, as PLA is a pain to sand and paint. Still, it's the best I can do without resorting to third-party fabrication services.

Once I have things squared away and a version that will actually work on a Tezro, I'll release my Fusion 360 files and an STL for printing. That said, if anyone has additional suggestions either about the panel model or the printing process, I'm all ears!

Yep, I still need to get those to you, too! I have to tear down my O2 a bit to do it, so it may still take me a bit. (I never planned for it to be this long already, though!)

Initial prototyping of a small section of the side of the panel, including one bottom tab and one top tab shows that the bottom tab is spot on in terms of size and dimension for the screw hole. The top tab is a little off, needing to be moved around 1/16 of an inch. I can also double the height of the tabs and they'll still fit into the slots on the Tezro side panels. They still won't be exactly the right shape, but they'll fit just fine.

Onward to more prototyping (and measuring an O2 PCI tray!)
