VCF 19
IRIX Network was recently featured at VCF. I was there with Dodoid, and my Korean friend who goes by Sope on Discord at the moment. We had two tables in UNIX Town and had an awesome show.

I've attached below a few images of our tables. Sadly the placement of the tables made my poster cut-off. I'll take some photos of it when I find a spot in my place with good lighting.

Additionally my Acclaim Indy and my spare Indy both had bad DALLAS chips (died in transit it seems) so I couldn't reliably exhibit them, and the I2 IMPACT had issues as well.

That being said, Dodoid's Onyx and Tezro were hits.

I'm really glad we went and am hoping to return next year with more reliable machines and more impressive displays. Lessons were learned and will be incorporated.

Other attendees can share their images and stuff here too. I just ask if you took photos with me or my Korean friend in them to keep them to yourself and share them only among friends and not online. I don't have a social media presence for a reason, and I'd like to keep my privacy if possible!

More images, and those with full res below

More pics below, some of MassiveRobot/Andy's exhibit too!

I'd like to thank Dodoid, Sope, Dodoid's father, Andy, Unxmaal, and the rest of the guys in Unix Town for being helpful, welcoming, and for having the best time we possibly could.

All of you guys rock.

Additionally, let me say that I'd love to do a West Coast Event, but probably not VCFW/VCFPNW. Maybe an independent meetup in Vegas, Reno, Salt Lake City or some other Western state would be possible in the future.

Next year I'm going to bring an octane and I want to bring some stuff to numalink so we can better show off the power of SGIs

Awesome achievement folks! I salute you. Sounds like it was a lot of travel and effort to get there. Well done on pulling it off guys. Thanks for sharing the pics.
Wish I could have come over from the UK - maybe make it in future someday. I was at a local video game con at the weekend (Play Expo in Manchester). There were lots of retro consoles, arcade machines, pinball machines - and some PCs running Doom, etc - but it would have been cool with SGI boxes running Doom!
