Ive just downloaded this software, and this is what it looks like running on my Tezro:

I'll give some feedback in due course, once I've had some time to play with it.

Here's the download link:  EQUINOX-3D v0.9.8.181, SGI IRIX 6.5 MIPS4 (CPU>=R10000)

Oh yeah, I forgot. Right before Neko vanished the creator posted about a new release in Irix.

Will definitely put on my Octane later next week as I am finally bringing my SGI back and setting them up again.

The render engine looks modern with physically based energy conserving materials and light falloff.
