Onyx2 Monster Mode software?
Has anyone has any experience with the MonsterMode software for combining output from several Onyx2 graphics pipes? Does anyone have the software?

Cheers,

I'm not familiar with a specific MonsterMode software release from SGI, though they did offer an OpenGL Multi-Pipe package that allowed the end-user to combine the output of several graphics pipes.  Pretty sure I've seen that one on Ian's Depot site.

The only Reality Monster I ever got close to had specialized DG-5/DPlex display generators with interlinking cables that apparently offered some form of graphics hardware "Plexing".  Unfortunately when I saw it that Monster was being decommissioned so I can't offer any anecdotes about how or what software it ran, though ISTR being told whatever software it ran had to be specifically modified to take advantage of the DPlex option.
