I'm unsure of upgrading because I don't know if the swr-license hack will work.

What version of Flame are you using? Are there various versions of the swr-lisence hack?

As mine is Fooked at the moment, as I simply can't get it to create a library! It continually says that it can't create a lock!

The funny thing is that when I load images into it, it does store them on the stonefs!
