You can weld with that psu.

I will try to find an appropriate connector to connect all the required cables.

Anyway the original psu is rated about 40 amp but this do not means that the computer always drain all that power.

Fortunately my psu is an old 2000 era, when the main rail wasnthe 5v 3.3v and 12v was used just for the motors. It can deliver 46amp at 3.3v and about 35 at 5v and "just" 25 at 12v.
I am trying to discriminate if the problem is the psu or the computer... not an easy task.
