Just be aware that you can't output 1920x1080_60 through a 13W3, however you can output 1920x1200_60!

If your screen doesn't support 1920x1200 and you set it in setmon, you will have to go in via serial to reset the graphics settings, so be careful!

confirm you installed it properly? It's funny that it didn't call for libSDL when you did the install?

You're going to need to install "neko_libSDL-1.2.so.1.1" it's available in nekoware.

I thought you could fix it via the command monitor, loading irix without gfx, and then using setmon. The machine will boot to 1024x768 (I think? Or 1280x1024 maybe) and only switches to the higher resolution when graphics start. I've never had to do this, so not sure what the exact command sequence is.

It would be really nice if someone could shed some light as to what the command sequence in the command monitor is. (I'm personally not aware that you can fix this problem in the command monitor before IRIX loads)

I generally have my machines linked to my Mac via serial, when they're in use, so I usually go in via serial to fix this problem. (The only problem is that not everyone has a serial cable readily available.)
