Irixboot: Alternative to DINA, now with FTP support

I've forked HalfManHalfTaco's Irixboot to include directly downloading IRIX install media from FTP.

You won't have to find IRIX CD images.

The VM will boot, download all specified install media, and provide a bootp installation server.
