My experience with these adapters is not that good. I think that support must be built in to the device (keyboard/mouse) for the arrangement to work, and most modern devices simply do not support them at all. I do recall connecting a couple of Logitech mice way back then to those green dongles, but it was a very long time ago. I never managed to connect a keyboard to those. That is however my experience.
