Hello - I just got an indigo from ebay, and it's my first - I used SGI many many years ago (work- it was a Onyx Infinite Reality, plus a host of O2s..) and wanted this just as a interesting system for (now) oddball CPU and Unix (mips and 5.3).

Just taking it apart for some cleaning as I'm waiting for a video adapter - i haven't booted it yet.

My questions is that the CPU board dosen't look like a R3000 board- the SIMMS look to be regular 72pin and the CPU is not soldered into the board. It was listed as a R3K. Hoping someone can tell me what board this is even before I boot and see what is on the HD....
