Inernal CDROM and Backup unit in an octane?

Inernal CDROM and Backup unit in an octane?
I have seen this picture of an octane 2 with what appears to be a CDROM drive and Backup tape drive mounted into the drive caddy locations.

Does anyone know anything about these drives?
