The original poster seems to be using a ZuluSCSI 6.4, which is a descendant of the V6 device. Doesn't that need to be set up using the app?

Zuluscsi.ini is used for the RP2040 device.

OP, is there a reason you are using the 6.4 vs the RP2040 version? I only have experience with the RP2040, but set up has been largely painless across a variety of machines.
