The link provided by johnnym shows that your ILOM software 2.0.4.20.c version corresponds to system firmware 7.1.0.g.  (Don't you just love the consistency in the numbering scheme!)

The release notes for Solaris 11.3 (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23824_01/htm...hardw.html) mention needing firmware 7.4.0.b or higher, from Sun/Oracle patch 147307-01.  Searching the Internet for that patch number suggests that the latest firmware revision is actually 7.4.11 in patch 147307-15 (https://www.oracle.com/servers/technolog...html#T5220).

Unfortunately access to the firmware patch requires a support contract.
