Congratulations! I know that it's a difficult process that requires lots of tests and errors.
Ask everything you need, you just need Reanimator, Reanimator+external HD or Reanimator+NAS. The first option is the easiest one and the least flexible.

I'm looking forward to seeing other machines working as diskless workstations  Cool, I managed it using an Indy and an Octane2.
