You're correct, C127 is the cap in question.

Yours has the correct orientation (opposite to the silk screen), as the silkscreen for that cap is incorrect. (The burnt out cap that was on my board when I received it was oriented in accordance with the silk screen.)

These boards do use proprietary power supplies, so an AT-style power supply won't work
