I got it sorted the dpsnx module wasnt installing for some reason in the /usr/adobe there should be a file called dpsnx 2.1.1 and mine wasnt there after reinstalling a few times I put the folders in the places they needed to go /shared/pres /usr/adobe /usr/bin and it worked fyi: a lot of repos with  the tars for photoshop dont actually have the dpsnx files so when I got an actually not crap one from gijoe which included them I was eventually with his help able to get it sorted. also install 6.5.22 dp.eoe on overlay disc 2 of 3 and set rules to on so you can override conflicts as .22 mods wont install on .30

Awesome, thanks! For others, in Inst - File - Set Preferences - rules override = Set to ON - click start to Install

You will also need to install dps.eoe from the 6.5 Applications CD to get it to work.

I believe I did say dps.eoe is on overlay 2 not applications

It was the dependencies to the 6.5 Applications CD that I needed to apply to the 6.22 version, without it, it would not start and just hang.
