Is this the machine that got the new IP module? Was the IP changed before or after the Dallas replacement?
It may be necessary to do the POD dance and then do a flash -v -o and see if that works.
If not I have some known good new Dallas chips that I duplicated from an existing one. I could send you one for testing if you need.
