Hi to all the ex-Nekochaers,

back in the day my focus (as jwhat), was Octanes.

I have had my Octane since at least, 2003 as this is the oldest file in my home directory (I have had the same "disk" since I first got the machine):

This machine has XBOW 1.4 and I know I started with XBOX 1.3 , so it is likely that my early postings on Nekochan where about swapping from XBOW 1.3 -> 1.4.
I still have some parts of this original machine (the HD & LED lightbar ;-) ).
It mutated over the years into a very nice dual 600 / V12 Octane2.

Also credit to Irinikus who I meet it later days of Nekochan and convinced me, with his usual SGI / IRIX enthusiasm, that I should join Irix Network as part of trying to keep SGI collector community alive and thriving.
