SGI O2, power up - Problems

Today I has some time to play around with this o2 issue. The thing is that the power Led is solid red from power on, as I know that means CPU failure, so I swapped the R5k from a fully working O2 to the one with the issue, but it doesn’t chance anything, still solid red light. I also tried the cpu from the not booting o2 in another o2, CPU’s are all working without an issue. Then I tried to replace this risers on the motherboard but with no luck, the box isn’t booting with this mainboard, means the issue is with the mainboard itself and not with the CPU. May anybody has an Idea ?
