I don't think it comes with any disk images with IRIX. Can you tell me the exact path to them? I searched the 0.223 source and downloaded the Windows binaries to search that too and got nothing.

Maybe I am misunderstanding what you mean here, but they don't 'come with the windows binary'. It looks like it's included in the 'Software List CHDs', in the 'sgi_mips_hdd' subfolder (for example, in 'sgi_mips_hdd\irix_5_2\irix_5_2.chd', 'sgi_mips_hdd\irix_6_5_22\irix_6_5_22.chd', etc.).


Doing a 'git grep irix', I get the following results (among others):
