Safely saving new new gamma setting in the setmon GUI.

Safely saving new new gamma setting in the setmon GUI.
The gamma setting on my Tezro is high and I have set it lower using the setmon GUI, but it doesn't load the new setting every-time the machine boots, so where do I save the new settings file and what do I call it?

Im currently setting the machine up to dual displays and the background looks washed out with the default gamma setting. I have set the gamma to 1 and now I want to save the setting?
