Today I've installed IRIX onto this machine across a network (Using the Tezro's CD-ROM), together with: Quake, Quake2, Quake3, Hexen II and the IRIX Demos for demonstration purposes.
I have the IRIX, O2 and Octane Demos installed:
I have IRIX 6.5.22 setup with 24-Bit colour and a custom wallpaper: (I took this picture, while the machine was "untaring" the IRIX Demos)
The painfully slow process of copying large files such as the full set of IRIX Demos (All 1.47 GB of them) across a 10 MegaBit network connection! (Is a driver needed for the Phobos 100 MegaBit EISA ethernet card, as it's not showing up in the hinv and it's not available as an option in IRIX?)
Judging by the date on the ribbon cable, this machine was probably manufactured some time in the middle of 1995! (Not bad performance for a machine of this vintage, not too bad at all!

)
Here's DI-Guy running on the machine: (An Octane demo!)
Here's EGGHEAD running on the machine: (An Octane demo!)
Here's A10 running on the machine: (An Octane demo!)
Here's Quake running on the system in OpenGL mode:
Here's Quake2 running on the system:
Here's Quake3 running on the system: (I have to run it with default textures due to the limitation imposed by the 1MB tram.)
Here's Hexen II running on the system:
And everything back together after a good day's work!
