sgi Fuel front bezel disassembly
Hi there, nice to meet you sgi-lovers, here's cascatino (aka Matteo) from Italy.
in order to adjust the front door hinge of my sgiFuel (somehow the door is locked, maybe one door hinge is out of place), I removed the front panel and unscrewed all the screws that fix the gray frame to the red part of the panel.
The problem is that the gray frame does not come off!
From what I can see the cause should be that the lower part of the light screen (the one that spreads the power on light, you know the semi-opaque white plastic stick) blocks the gray frame.
Can someone help me describing how to disassemble the gray frame without breaking anything?

thank you very much!

RE: sgi Fuel front bezel disassembly
Whoa, strange font size up here...anyway I came back to this old (and unpopular) topic just to say that....I did it!

It has been quite hard (the fear of breaking some plastic was high) but I managed to pull out the gray plastic grame from the front side, I had to pull down a little the plastic near the bottom of the light cover (excuse me for my englush, my vocabulary is so poor!) and slide down gently the entire gray frame.
Here are two photos just before my attempt:
