Flat Panel Monitor Adapter Board Failed? - fleeno - 12-11-2018
I've had an O2 with a Flat Panel Monitor Adapter Board running my 1600SW for a few years, but it seems the board has failed. I had no output from the O2 on the 1600SW, but it did have output on the built-in VGA port. I tried the board in another O2 with the same results.
I verified the 1600SW works by using it on an Octane with the multi-link adapter.
Does anyone know something I might check on the flat panel board, or should I just start looking for a new one?

Check it's seated OK, they can be a bit picky to get in / out. It does sound like the board has gone though...
