O2 UW160 scsi PCI card - bjames - 10-28-2018
Is the pci cage come standard with the o2?
I want to add an Adaptec UW160 card (AHA2940UW) which is pci based. I’m curios if anyone has tried this and “if” I have to install drivers or if irix 6.5.28 already supports this card.

pci slot is standard with every o2, you don't need to install any drivers to use the AHA-2940UW, it works by default. I use the AHA-2940UW in my o2's. Note its not a U160 card, its Ultra wide or whatever its called that only does 40MB/sec
