Does anybody have any [simple] guides on setting up Samba on Irix? I've installed neo_samba and all it's required reps, I just need the Octane to connect as a client to my samba share on my RasPi. There seems to be an awful lot to install and configure...?

Back in the days we use Sharity to mount samba/CIFS shares on our IRIX platforms. See https://www.obdev.at/products/sharity/index.html

Thank you, I'll give that a go. I've gotten nowhere with neko_samba at all.
