Old RedHat ISOs -
GL1zdA - 05-13-2022
Does anyone know what happened to the old Red Hat ISOs, that were available at, for example:
https://archive.download.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/6.2/en/iso/alpha/
They currently redirect to the legacy.redhat.com FTP server, but it seems something is wrong, and I end up on the "normal" red hat server (no old ISOs there, just a notice to connect to archive.download.redhat.com, which again redirects to the main FTP server).
I've tried reporting "broken links" on their website via
https://www.redhat.com/en/feedback , but they won't talk to me without a support contract. $299 is a bit too much for me for the ability to tell them to fix their site.

That link is pretty dead, try searching from here:
ftp://legacy.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/

It's the same deals as with archive.download.redhat.com - it's redirecting to the "main" server. But i've found the IP address that legacy.redhat.com pointed to once and all the downloads are there. Will have to mirror it. 209.132.183.65

I apologize for bringing up an old thread. Has anyone found the archive? I'm trying to find version 5.0 (or about) for Alpha. Thanks.

Have you tried any of the old mirrors?
Some might not be up anymore, but with luck maybe one of them has the goods.

EDIT:
https://archive.download.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/7.1/es/iso/alpha/
Those seem to be the last alpha RH iso files.
