I purchased my extra Fuel V10 graphics card from him very recently (long fuel repair thread). His pricing was quite good, as it beat out all other online prices at that the time as well.
However I specifically chose him because he’s one of the last US sellers that still has inventory as well. And we are in the same country so that was sort of a no brainer. I felt his packaging was also quite good.

I've not heard back from him after reaching him at his sales e-mail.
Is this the best way or I just need to be patient here? =)
