I just Finish recap of a SGI O2 Sony PSU Model APS-90.

I'd recommend you remove that glue and use real Silicone stabilizer. Hot Glue is hydroscopic and will eventually become conductive, potentially dampening or shorting out your caps, before their life is actually used up. if you want to use it then don't get it into the legs or metal cap of the capacitor where it came interact with energized parts. Just stick it to labels and between components. Also don't get that glue into coils, it will change their readings.

And I know it can be tough to find the correct form factor parts, but for reducing vibration you can't beat getting the lead spacing right.
