One of my colleagues sent me this:

I happen to have a commemorative piece from the Infinite Reality project: a framed wafer (6" / 15cm) of Geometry Engines.
Here's a random part as seen through the microscope. It's just for the pretty colors, the microscope isn't good enough to show real detail and isn't able to focus the entire view.

Well hey, when you spend a half a million bucks for a rack of SGIs ya gotta expect they'll throw a little swag your way...

Well, I think I got it from an SGI employee.
"Kona" and "Hilo" are both locations on Hawaï. The volcano silkscreen speaks for itself ... IIRC, Kona was the InfiniteReality project and "Hilo" the Onyx IR. I'll leave the translation of the phrase "Na Ki'i No ..." to someone else.

Okay, that's throwing down the gauntlet!
Na Ki'i No: "Na Ki'i" translates into English as "doll," as in Barbie Doll, but in Hawaiian it's often used as an adjective for things that are attractive. "No" translates as "indeed," so the two words together would seem to mean "attractive indeed."
