The Chat System Has Launched - Raion - 09-20-2021

Greetings everyone!

We've launched our XMPP and Mattermost services. They are bridged together, full-featured and easily accessible from IRIX using neko_pidgin (the XMPP side)

We have three bridged group chats in each for starters, but are more than willing to expand.
