C64 Reloaded Mk2 - Raion - 01-04-2018
I ordered in early December the Commodore 64 Reloaded Mk2 board.
It arrived in late december, right before Christmas. Pricy, but worth every penny.
Assembly took little time at all. Swapping over the backplate from the old breadbin board was no issue.
I still have work to do. I need an 8580 and a later VIC II as I have the ceramic VIC II that overheats easily. I'll have to find another VIC II.
I ran it briefly. Ran like a champ. I plan to try making some simple programs and games in 6502 ASM eventually.

I've been resisting the urge. Thank goodness noone's made a replacement board for the C128-Dcr .. that's my system of choice.

I've moved this since the last post into a C64C case, and I've just finished drilling out the rivets necessary for the keyboard to be supported. This will be updated shortly and I'll be hopefully playing Planet X2, and start learning some 6502 ASM to look into playing around with it.
