The primary reason for me making this video, was to let Swarm see how the tests appear graphically, when carried out on this machine, as they look a bit different, when carried out on the V12.

Please take an closer image of the banner logo in OBP and post it. There was a short sample within your video but it's of low quality.

Cool! Thanks!
Even the banner with 48G RAM distributed within three CMU's and connected through FPI looks humongous. It's quite different if 48GB showing up in banner in comparison to (only) 32MB in my SS2.
May I guess that the fans are not regulated after Solaris has been booted as the case with the Sun Blade 1000/2000 systems?
So the fans are the only thing from keeping me back in buying such heavier Sun metal.

The fans are regulated by the OS and quiet down to a roar when the OS comes up.

...as opposed to the Blade fans, which start out at a mere roar and quiet down to a loud whooshing

More than the noise, is the ridiculous amount of heat it generates! (Much more than the Onyx2!) To say it's loud is a huge understatement though!
