Softimage 3d sgi o2 bundle offer - bjames - 11-09-2019
Does anyone remember when Softimage offered a soft 3d bundle with an o2 workstation? I think it was marketed as the Soft O2 bundle.
I was wondering if anyone had more specifics on what O2 configurations were offered for this bundle.

So wait, you're saying SGI offered an o2 with Softimage preinstalled? I never heard a that! When I bought my Octane2 it had Maya Unlimited and Shake, but it had been installed by the previous owner, not SGI.

Microsoft bought Softimage, and then sold it to Avid around 1998.
