A350/O350 no info on display at startup - HAL - 06-27-2019
Hi,
today I wanted to start my Altix 350 again after a few months and instead of the usual "001c01 L1 running" the display
stayed empty, L1 showed no output and pushing the button under the display did not turn on the brick.
I remember a thread on Nekochan about this issue, but do not remember exactly if the reason for this was either
a dead snaphead or a dead Dallas.
Btw., does anybody have the blueprints for that Dallas in order to dremel a dead one and add a socket for a crc32 ?

A dead dallas doesn't prevent the display of "001c01 L1 running" when power is applied to L1, at least on O350. There is no reason the A350 would behave differently.
