Hi,
Softimage is a great and incredible software BUT it has a big lack : the control of a mesh definition for polygon modeling.
As far as I know, only one plugins can solve that : PT_MetaMesh as know as Phoenix Tools MetaMesh.
The only Phoenix Tools I've got is made for Actor tool in Softimage (soft bodies, cloth, particules …) but I've got nothing for Model tool…
That's why I ask you for helping me to find this tools.
The only clue I've got is the name of the package looks to be : Phoenix Tools Figaro 1.0
EDIT : here is how it works … (Start at 3:20)

@gijoe77 : Sure ! If it's not impossible to find it ; it will be very very hard !
I've edit the title of my post because I found Figaro (Yes! On a russian server …) and Metamesh is not a part of this package.
PT Figaro is kind of a hair and fur tools.

I've got the entire Phoenix Tools Yellow CD which contains all the plugins for Softimage on IRIX including MetaMesh Extreme, but unfortunately I have no way to bypass the license so I've never been able to use them. I too would love to get MetaMesh working under Soft3D on IRIX so if anybody has any ideas please PM me.

Have you archived the CD anywhere yet? Even if it requires a license, it'd still be nice to have a copy just to try and mess around with if you wouldn't mind doing it.
