Even nicer : grab some little thing like an HP mini-server. Install Solaris 11. ZFS on that will talk to SGI, Mac, Windows and Loonix. OS/2 I bet also, but didn't try it. Everybody can happily talk on the file server without samba, sharity, yewnix-for-windows or any other weirdo crap.

It's pretty cool.
